I am a Professional Registered Nurse with over ten years of health care experience in various settings, from busy city hospitals to outpatient clinics. I believe everyone needs mental health care to live to the fullest. I treat my clients with compassion and professionalism because I believe a mental disorder is an illness that needs treatment, not a lack of morals or weakness.

My Story
Thank you for choosing my mental health service. I am in training to be a PMHNP, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My interest in mental health started at the beginning of my nursing journey.
My mission is to assist the Korean community to be more mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy and strong. I treat mental illness after psychiatric evaluation using the client's signs, symptoms, and psychiatric histories to find the most accurate diagnoses and treat them with evidence-based treatment strategies. Some of my practice specialties include, but are not limited to, Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, PTSD, and substance use disorder and ADHD. I aim to provide the highest level of client centered, compassionate, and holistic care.
저는 미국에서10년 이상의 임상 경험을 가진 RN으로 종합병원부터 클리닉까지 다양한 환자들과의 경험을 가지고 있습니다. 수많은 환자들을 돌보며, 정신적 고통과 신체의 질병이 깊이 연결되어 있는것을 알게 되었고, 정신상담과 치료가 건강한 신체를 위해서 절대적으로 필요하다는 것도 깨닫게 되었습니다. 저는 현재정신과 Nurse Practitioner 교육 과정을 받고 있으며, 내담자분의 증상과 징후를 분석, 진단, 치료방법 제시, 상담 등을 해드릴수 있습니다. 정신과 질병은 신체의 질병과 마찬가지로 꾸준한 상담과 치료를 받아 나아질수 있으며, 죄책감이나 수치감을 느끼실 필요가 없는 질병입니다. 상담내용은 우울증, 불안증, 성격장애, 적응장애, 강박장애, 트라우마, 조현병, 수면장애, 알콜/약물중독, 직장/가정내 스트레스, ADHD, 치매 등 입니다. 정신과 약에 대한 궁금증, 정신과 치료의 필요여부에 대한 상담도 해드립니다.
