My Story
I was born and raised in South Korea and immigrated to Georgia 27 years ago. I graduated with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University. My main experience in the field has been at MeSun Health Services which is a long term care facility and hospice for seniors and caregivers with various clinical diagnoses. My client-centered therapeutic approach focuses on developing skills to alleviate symptoms.
I am dedicated to helping individuals cultivate inner peace and self-compassion, especially during times of emotional struggle. My intention is for individuals to leave our sessions feeling lighter, more centered, and optimistic - equipped with the strength and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
