Psychological Evaluation Fees and Payment
The total fee for a comprehensive psychological evaluation includes the clinical interview, in-person testing sessions, scoring and interpretation of questionnaires and testing measures, and integration of all collected data into a comprehensive written report. The report contains your test results, a clear summary, and individualized recommendations that may apply to home, school, or other areas relevant to your situation. Overall, a full psychological evaluation typically requires 20-25 hours to complete.
ADHD - starting $1975
➔ Includes an in-depth assessment of cognitive skills, executive functioning, attention, social-emotional
functioning, behavior, and visual-spatial abilities.
➔ If the evaluation is especially complex, such as when a learning disability is suspected or there are
significant emotional or psychological concerns, I will explain the reasons for any additional or alternative
testing and inform you of any additional costs that may result.
General Diagnostic Evaluation - starting $750
➔ Includes assessment of social-emotional functioning, behavior, personality, and other relevant areas to
provide a clear understanding of strengths, challenges, and potential diagnostic impressions.
➔ Includes an extensive clinical interview with online questionnaires but no in-person testing
Learning Disability - $2475
➔ Includes all of the ADHD testing measures above, plus a thorough assessment of academic functioning.
ADHD testing is included to help determine whether attention-related difficulties may be contributing to or
exacerbating learning challenges.
Intellectual Disability - $2675
➔ Includes all ADHD testing measures, a full assessment of cognitive abilities, and evaluation of adaptive and
academic functioning. ADHD/attention testing helps identify whether attention-related challenges may be
contributing to learning or daily living difficulties.
